Calling / BPO Executive

A Calling / BPO Executive (Business Process Outsourcing Executive) is responsible for handling customer interactions over phone, email, or chat to provide support, solve queries, or promote products/services.


🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound calls
  • Answer customer queries and provide accurate information
  • Resolve complaints and issues professionally
  • Make sales or follow-up calls (in some roles)
  • Maintain call records and update customer details
  • Meet daily/weekly call targets and performance metrics
  • Follow company scripts and communication guidelines
  • Escalate complex issues to senior teams

🔹 Types of BPO Roles

  • Inbound Process: Receive customer calls (support/service)
  • Outbound Process: Make calls (sales, follow-ups, surveys)
  • Voice Process: Phone calls
  • Non-Voice Process: Chat/email support

🔹 Required Skills

  • Good communication skills (English + regional language)
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Active listening and problem-solving skills
  • Patience and polite behavior
  • Ability to handle pressure and targets

🔹 Qualifications

  • Any degree or even 12th pass (depending on company)
  • Freshers are welcome
  • Prior experience is an advantage but not mandatory

🔹 Salary (India – Approx)

  • Fresher: ₹1.5 LPA – ₹3 LPA
  • Experienced: ₹3 LPA – ₹5 LPA
