A Calling / BPO Executive (Business Process Outsourcing Executive) is responsible for handling customer interactions over phone, email, or chat to provide support, solve queries, or promote products/services.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound calls
- Answer customer queries and provide accurate information
- Resolve complaints and issues professionally
- Make sales or follow-up calls (in some roles)
- Maintain call records and update customer details
- Meet daily/weekly call targets and performance metrics
- Follow company scripts and communication guidelines
- Escalate complex issues to senior teams
🔹 Types of BPO Roles
- Inbound Process: Receive customer calls (support/service)
- Outbound Process: Make calls (sales, follow-ups, surveys)
- Voice Process: Phone calls
- Non-Voice Process: Chat/email support
🔹 Required Skills
- Good communication skills (English + regional language)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Active listening and problem-solving skills

🔹 Qualifications
- Any degree or even 12th pass (depending on company)
- Freshers are welcome
- Prior experience is an advantage but not mandatory

- Fresher: ₹1.5 LPA – ₹3 LPA
- Experienced: ₹3 LPA – ₹5 LPA
