Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Medical Representative to join our pharmaceutical sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting the company’s pharmaceutical products to doctors, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong relationship-building abilities, and a passion for sales and healthcare.
As a Medical Representative, you will play a key role in increasing product awareness, generating prescriptions, and achieving sales targets while maintaining professional relationships with healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit doctors, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies regularly to promote pharmaceutical products.
- Explain product features, benefits, dosage, and usage information to healthcare professionals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare providers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct product presentations and promotional activities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Collect feedback from healthcare professionals and report market insights to management.
- Ensure product availability at pharmacies and healthcare institutions.
- Participate in medical conferences, seminars, and training programs.
- Maintain accurate records of daily visits, sales activities, and customer interactions.

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales or healthcare marketing.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and medical terminology.

- Possession of a valid driving license is an advantage.
