An HR Executive (Human Resources Executive) is responsible for managing employee-related processes such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, and maintaining a positive work environment within an organization.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, interviews)
- Coordinate onboarding and employee induction
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Manage attendance, leave, and payroll support
- Handle employee queries and resolve workplace issues
- Support performance appraisal processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Organize training, engagement activities, and events
- Assist in HR reporting and documentation

🔹 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in:
- BBA / MBA (HR)
- Any degree with HR certification
- 0–3 years experience (freshers can apply for junior roles)
🔹 Salary (India – Approx)
- Fresher / Junior HR: ₹2 LPA – ₹3.5 LPA
- Experienced HR Executive: ₹3.5 LPA – ₹6 LPA
