HR Executive

An HR Executive (Human Resources Executive) is responsible for managing employee-related processes such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, and maintaining a positive work environment within an organization.


🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, interviews)
  • Coordinate onboarding and employee induction
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Manage attendance, leave, and payroll support
  • Handle employee queries and resolve workplace issues
  • Support performance appraisal processes
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
  • Organize training, engagement activities, and events
  • Assist in HR reporting and documentation

  • Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws

🔹 Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in:
    • BBA / MBA (HR)
    • Any degree with HR certification
  • 0–3 years experience (freshers can apply for junior roles)

🔹 Salary (India – Approx)

  • Fresher / Junior HR: ₹2 LPA – ₹3.5 LPA
  • Experienced HR Executive: ₹3.5 LPA – ₹6 LPA
