A Safety Officer is responsible for ensuring a safe working environment by implementing safety policies, conducting inspections, and preventing accidents in workplaces such as construction sites, factories, and industries.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement health & safety policies and procedures
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments
- Identify hazards and take preventive measures
- Ensure compliance with government safety regulations
- Train employees on safety practices and emergency procedures
- Investigate accidents and prepare incident reports
- Monitor use of PPE (helmets, gloves, safety shoes, etc.)
- Maintain safety records and documentation
- Conduct fire drills and emergency response planning

🔹 Qualifications

- 1–5 years experience (some trainee roles available for freshers)
