Job Description

We are seeking passionate, dedicated, and qualified School Teachers to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education, creating an engaging learning environment, and supporting students in their academic and personal development. The teacher should have excellent subject knowledge, strong communication skills, and a genuine commitment to student success.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons according to the prescribed curriculum.
• Create a positive and engaging classroom environment that promotes learning.
• Assess and evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and examinations.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student progress.
• Provide guidance and support to students in both academic and personal development.
• Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills among students.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities.
• Participate in school meetings, training programs, workshops, and extracurricular activities.
• Maintain discipline and ensure a safe and respectful classroom environment.
• Stay updated with modern teaching methods and educational technologies.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant subject.
• B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) preferred or required as per school policy.
• Postgraduate qualification in the relevant subject will be an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior teaching experience in schools or educational institutions.
• Experience with smart classrooms and online teaching platforms.
• Knowledge of CBSE, ICSE, State Board, or other relevant curricula.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
