Job Description

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Desk Coordinator to join our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, welcoming visitors, handling inquiries, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the office. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and strong organizational abilities.

As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, the Front Desk Coordinator plays a vital role in creating a positive impression of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Manage visitor records and maintain the reception area.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
  • Provide information regarding company services, departments, and procedures.
  • Assist with administrative and clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when required.
  • Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

Educational Qualification

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, Customer Service Representative, or Administrative Assistant.
  • Knowledge of office management procedures.
  • Ability to communicate in English, Hindi, and Punjabi is preferred.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Saturday
  • 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  • One weekly off
