Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to oversee sales operations within an assigned geographical area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, achieving sales targets, developing strong customer relationships, and expanding the company’s market presence.
As a Territory Manager, you will manage key accounts, identify new business opportunities, monitor market trends, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve territory sales targets.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing customers and business partners.
- Identify and acquire new customers within the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular customer visits and business meetings.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses.
- Ensure effective product promotion and market penetration.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide excellent after-sales support.
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and support teams to achieve business goals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Educational Qualification

- Prior experience in FMCG, Banking, Automobile, Pharmaceutical, Telecom, Retail, or Commercial Vehicle industries.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in territory management and customer acquisition.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.

Working Hours
