Job Description
We are looking for a professional, friendly, and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support to various departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Manage visitor logs and maintain security procedures.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
- Provide information about the company, products, and services.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
- Maintain office records and update contact databases.
- Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and presentable.
- Coordinate with different departments to facilitate smooth office operations.

- Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, Office Assistant, or Customer Service Representative.
- Knowledge of office administration and record management.
- Ability to communicate in English, Hindi, and Punjabi is preferred.
