Job Description

We are looking for a professional, friendly, and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support to various departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Manage visitor logs and maintain security procedures.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
  • Provide information about the company, products, and services.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
  • Maintain office records and update contact databases.
  • Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Coordinate with different departments to facilitate smooth office operations.

Educational Qualification

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, Office Assistant, or Customer Service Representative.
  • Knowledge of office administration and record management.
  • Ability to communicate in English, Hindi, and Punjabi is preferred.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Saturday
  • 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  • One weekly off
