We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving store sales, building customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and promotions.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Process sales transactions accurately using billing systems.
Maintain product displays and ensure merchandise is organized.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages.
Participate in promotional activities and marketing campaigns.
Maintain a clean, attractive, and customer-friendly store environment.

Educational Qualification

Knowledge of retail products and sales techniques.
Ability to communicate in English, Hindi, and Punjabi is preferred.

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday (or as per store schedule)
9:00 AM to 6:00 PM / Shift-Based Timings
Weekly off as per company policy
